Commercial Properties

DUDA has acquired a variety of commercial properties across the United States and is an active participant in this market as both buyer and seller. The majority of the properties, comprised of restaurants, retail stores, drug stores, warehouse distribution centers and office buildings, are single tenant, triple net lease properties held as investments of the corporation. Properties are in several states including Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Tennessee and Texas. The commercial property portfolio is managed by Viera Commercial Properties, Inc.

Land Management

The corporation's land asset management division actively seeks to enhance the value of existing land holdings and ag-oriented properties and facilities. This division is responsible for the purchase, sale and lease of company property, facilities and other assets of the corporation, pursuing land use entitlements and overseeing the attainment and management of joint ventures and mergers with other property owners.
