Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DUDA, established in 2006 to manage the company's fresh produce operations. The subsidiary manages the operations of DUDA's legacy farming business, capitalizing on an 80-plus year tradition of growing healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. It is a full-service grower, packer, shipper, marketer, importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh-cut vegetables. This business unit provides DUDA with a diversified source of operating profits; mitigating its dependence on the company's housing-related operations.
Geographically diversified, this Florida-based Corporation has production and shipping operations in Florida, California, Arizona, Michigan and Georgia with additional locations in seven other states, as well as Chile, South Africa, Spain and Mexico. Duda Farm Fresh Foods also partners with a select group of international growers to provide its customers with a year-round supply of fresh fruits and vegetables. The company's products include citrus, celery/fresh-cut celery, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet corn, lettuce/leaf, onions and radishes. The majority of its products are marketed under the Dandy® brand and sold and served in retail and food service establishments throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
